FIZORA ("we", "us", or "the Platform") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and describes the process for rights holders and users under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable copyright laws.
FIZORA is a creator-first platform. Films, series and other works are uploaded by independent creators who represent that they own or are licensed to distribute the content they submit. FIZORA does not claim ownership of creator-uploaded works. We act as a hosting service for user-submitted content and remove infringing material when properly notified.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material available on FIZORA infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Agent containing the following:
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes: your signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error; and your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction.
FIZORA maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and, where possible, notify the user who uploaded it. We may reinstate material following a valid counter-notification if the original complainant does not pursue a court order within the period required by law.
