Join FIZORA as a creator — upload your films, reach thousands of film lovers, and earn 70% of every naira your work generates.
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to all films and content you upload to FIZORA. By uploading, you grant FIZORA a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, stream, distribute, and promote your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
You confirm that you own or have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for every element of your submitted content — including video, audio, music, performances, and any third-party material.
All uploaded films must comply with FIZORA's Content Policy. You agree not to upload content that:
FIZORA reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice.
Creators earn 70% of net revenue generated by their content. The remaining 30% covers platform operating costs, payment processing, and content delivery fees.
Payouts are processed monthly, provided your balance meets the minimum threshold of ₦5,000. Balances below the threshold roll over to the next month. FIZORA is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All submitted films undergo a manual review process of 1–3 business days before going live. FIZORA reserves the right to decline any submission without detailed explanation. You may resubmit after addressing flagged issues.
You agree to use your creator account in good faith. Attempting to manipulate view counts, exploit the revenue system, or deceive viewers in any way will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending earnings.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your content will be removed within 30 days. Any accrued earnings above the payout threshold will be disbursed within 60 days of termination.
FIZORA provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for loss of earnings due to technical outages, content removal for policy violations, or changes to the revenue share model (with 30 days' notice).
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
