Last updated: 1 July 2026

Welcome to FIZORA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FIZORA website, apps and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who We Are

FIZORA is a creator-first streaming platform based in Lagos, Nigeria, that allows independent filmmakers to publish their work and audiences to discover and watch it.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Platform.

3. Creator Content and Ownership

Creators retain full ownership of the films, series and other content they upload ("Creator Content"). By uploading, you grant FIZORA a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, stream, display and promote your Creator Content on the Platform for the purpose of operating and marketing the service. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

4. Revenue Share

Where monetisation is available, eligible creators receive the revenue share described on our Pricing page or in a separate creator agreement. Payment terms, eligibility and thresholds may be updated from time to time and will be communicated to creators.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to upload, share or distribute content that: infringes intellectual property rights; is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful; contains malware; sexualises minors; or violates any applicable law. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Copyright

We respond to copyright complaints in accordance with our DMCA & Copyright Policy. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
